🏠Our homes are filled with treasures that remind us of people, places, and adventures from our lives. The capacity for long-term memory storage in our brains is limitless, but having visual cues 👀 can help with recall. In this session, we will discuss why some memories stick with us while others fade, and what we can do to help make our memories memorable.

Registering guarantees your space, should capacity become an issue. It also allows us to adequately prepare materials for all attendees. Finally, it gives our staff the ability to contact you in the event of any last-minute schedule changes.
Wits Workout
Wits Workout sessions are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. While Wits Workout is a series, each session is a self-contained, stand-alone program. Consecutive attendance is not required for any sessions.
