Savor the Seasons

  • each of the four divisions of the year (spring, summer, autumn, and winter) marked by particular weather patterns and daylight hours, resulting from the earth's changing position with regard to the sun.

Diet plays a vital role in brain health.  During this session, we will discuss what it means to "eat healthy," how what we eat affects our brains, and play some games related to the seasons.
