Star Gazing
✨ Nothing is as awe-inspiring as looking up to the stars on a dark, cloudless night. The vastness of the universe is before us in the stillness of the night. But, if it is the dark of the night, we should be sleeping! 😴 Getting quality sleep is vital for brain health. In this session, we will discuss the importance of sleep (it's not just good for your brain!) and play some star-themed games.

Wits Workout
Wits Workout sessions are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. While Wits Workout is a series, each session is a self-contained, stand-alone program. Consecutive attendance is not required for any sessions.
