🧠 Ready to give your brain a workout?  Join us for brain games to exercise your mind and maintain or improve cognitive function and memory, and conversations on some key aspects of brain health - intellectual challenges, social connections, sleep, diet, physical exercise, stress, and more.  Have fun on your journey to a healthier brain today! 🎉

Roam in Rome

When it comes to brain health, you can't just think about it!  During this session, we will discuss physical activity's role in maintaining your brain.  Our activities will be loosely related to Italy, so join us for a mental stroll down the Appian Way!

Wits Workout

Wits Workout sessions are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month.  While Wits Workout is a series, each session is a self-contained, stand-alone program.  Consecutive attendance is not required for any sessions.
