Everyone forgets something sometime - important dates, where we left something, or why we walked into that room. There are a lot of factors that can contribute to why we forget things. In this session, we will examine forgetfulness contributors and discuss ways to identify and avoid those contributors.

Wits Workout sessions are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. While Wits Workout is a series, each session is a self-contained, stand-alone program. Consecutive attendance is not required for any sessions.
