Baby Steps
We all have moments when we forget something—like misplacing keys or forgetting a name. These "Oops!" moments are common, but we can train our brains to reduce them. In this session, we’ll discuss tips and techniques for improving memory and do baby-themed exercises to learn about memory cues.

Wits Workout
Wits Workout sessions are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. While Wits Workout is a series, each session is a self-contained, stand-alone program. Consecutive attendance is not required for any sessions.
