Event Details

 Songbirds

🐦 Birds of a feather flock together - and for good reason!  Interacting with family, friends, and neighbors helps us maintain brain health.  Social connections support thinking skills, helping slow cognitive decline later in life.  In this session, we will discuss ways to stay connected with, and even increase, our social networks as we age.  For fun, we will play some bird-themed games. 👋

A collection of funny-looking wooden bird statues. Each statue is crafted with googly eyes, a wooden egg for the body, large wooden feet, and skinny metal rods for legs.
