They say, "Great minds think alike," but for that to happen, great minds need to come together! Many adages remind us that pooling mental resources can lead to better outcomes — and strong friendships are an essential ingredient for a healthy brain.
In this session, we’ll discuss how social connections contribute to mental wellness and explore practical ways to expand your social circle. We’ll also exercise our minds with some fun, friendship-themed activities for two or more. Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking session that celebrates the power of connection!

Wits Workout
Wits Workout sessions are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. While Wits Workout is a series, each session is a self-contained, stand-alone program. Consecutive attendance is not required for any sessions.
