School Days

Famed astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson once said, "I love being wrong because that means, in that instant, I learned something new that day."  Learning happens throughout our lives, not just when we are in school.  Learning provides intellectual challenges that stimulate the brain, contributing to cognitive fitness.  In this session, we will head back to school and play some games to nudge our noggins!

A green chalkboard in the center says "Back to School." Surrounding the chalkboard, moving clockwise from the top, are a brick school building with a tall clock tower, a pair of chemistry beakers with colored liquid in each, a pair of scissors, a globe, a microscope, a set of watercolor paints with two paintbrushes, two blue pens, a set of colored pencils, a school bus, an open notebook with lined paper, a calculator, two open textbooks, a geometry triangle, an apple, and two closed books.
