Wits Workout
Ready to give your brain a workout? Wits Workout is a series of interactive activities designed to exercise the brain to maintain and enhance cognitive function and memory. Each session focuses on a different aspect of brain health, including intellectual challenges, social connectedness, adequate sleep, diet, physical exercise, stress management, and tips and tricks to improve memory. You are never too young or too old to start training your brain. Join us for this fun and informative class!

Sometimes, just having a memory is not enough. You need to be able to access and use the information filed away in your brain. During this session, we will use examples from inspired inventors to develop strategies for accessing the data we store, whether it is the name of someone from your past, important dates and appointments, or simply why we walked into that room! Join University of Illinois Extension educator Sara Attig as she leads participants through tips and tricks for improving recall.
