Cooking for Two

Most recipes are written to serve four or more people.  That's great if you are feeding a family, but what do you do if you are cooking for only one or two people?  This month, we will discuss how to downsize recipes for fewer servings.  We'll also chat about the best ways to store leftovers when you can't downsize.  As a bonus, Vickie P. will bring some of her favorite downsized recipes for us to taste!

If you have a favorite recipe perfect for one or two people, bring it!  The library will make copies for everyone in attendance!
