Spice is Nice!Kathy Mundell-Bligh, from Wendell Niepagen Greenhouses in Bloomington, will discuss growing, using, and preserving herbs. Parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme make great song lyrics, but there are SO many more herbs out there to try!
Kathy will have recipes to take home and even some food samples to taste using seasonings from the garden!
