You called 911 . . . What now?

In the event of a medical emergency, everyone knows you should call 911, but then what?  During this workshop, we will discuss:

  • Basic first aid - for cuts, burns, broken bones, and more;
  • Help for heart attack victims;
  • What NOT to do; and
  • Good Samaritan laws protecting passers-by who are just trying to help.

Techniques will be demonstrated, and practice aids will be available.
