Break-In Bags

Break-In Bags are like an escape room for one person but in reverse.  Each Break-In Bag is locked with a combination padlock.  Players must solve the puzzles in the accompanying handouts to decode the combination and open the bag.  Once the bag is open, the contents are yours to keep!  If you get stuck, there are clues that will give you hints (or even the answer if you are really stuck).

Break-In Bag Rules

  • Break-In Bags are an activity for inside the library.  They should not be taken home.
  • We reuse these bags and locks.  Please do not try and "force" the bag open, as doing so could damage them and make them unusable for future Break-In Bag activities.
  • Once you have opened your bag, please return the bag, the lock, and any unused materials to the circulation desk.
